QUOTATION OF NON-WARRANTY ITEMS
All repairs will be subject to Rotabroach's Returns Procedure. Our workshop will contact you with the cost of any repair as soon as the item has been quoted. Once we have given an estimate we will allow 30 days for authorisation to proceed after which we will return your repair in a stripped down condition along with an invoice for £30.00 + VAT to cover the cost of labour incurred.
BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIR
Any tools found to be beyond economical repair will be either returned to you in a stripped down condition or will be disposed of by us at the customer's request. In both instances a £30.00 + VAT inspection charge will be applied to cover the cost of labour incurred when identifying the fault.
QUOTATIONS
The quoted price of a repair is an estimated price for repair. On rare occasions our fitters may identify further faults with machines once the initial malfunction has been repaired. On these occasions we will give a new estimate for the work to be completed. Once an estimate has been given the workshop will then wait for a period of 30 days for authorisation to proceed with the repair. If authorisation is not is not given then the repair will be returned to you in a stripped down condition and a £30.00 + VAT inspection charge will be applied to cover the cost of labour incurred when identifying the fault.
RETURNED GOODS
- All returned goods of any nature need to be accompanied by an official returns number. Please contact our Commercial Office for a returns number. Failure to obtain a returns number could affect the processing of your return
- Spare parts that are either faulty or returned due to an error on our part will not incur a handling charge and we would arrange collection.
- If spare parts are being returned for any other reason there will be a handling charge of 25% of the original invoice cost.
