Rotabroach's brand new development is a smarter panel to help you the get the best out of your machine and cutters. We have calculated an efficient system to get the most out of your machine every time. By using a visual indicator our panel will tell you when you are putting too much pressure on the machine. Too much pressure causes your machine to work outside of it's normal limits. This leads to additional wear to it's components also reducing surface speed which in turn can damage your cutters.

Here's how it works. When using your machine a Cutsmart™ indicator on the panel will change colour indicating how your are operating the machine. The colour of the LED signifies the following machine states:-

	Green. The machine is working correctly within its safe operating parameter. By working within this zone you will extend the life of your machine and your cutters.
	Orange. If the indicator turns to orange this means that you are putting too much pressure on the machine. At this point you should release the pressure to bring the indicator back to the green zone. Maintaining this amount of pressure could cause additional wear to both the internal parts of your machine and to your cutter.
	Red. If the load on the machine is increased too far the indicator will eventually change from orange to red. At this point the motor will cut off to prevent further damage. The machine will be held in this state for 5 seconds, after which time the panel will reset and the machine can be operated normally.
